"I am a Chicago native with Mexican and Peruvian blood, currently residing in Chicago. Having grown up in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, my passion lies in learning, practicing, and advocating for the servant leadership philosophy, as well as leadership innovation and vision development within organizations."
Committed to serving his community, city, and world, he believes in the importance of selfless, purpose-driven leadership. He is dedicated to making a difference with a diverse skill set including office administration, organizational development, marketing and communications, public relations, and more. Additionally, Carlos has completed various certifications in fundraising and development, organizational innovation and creativity, and DEI leadership. Moreover, he is the COO and Co-Founder of Serving People with a Mission (SPM), a Chicago-based non-profit. Lastly, Carlos has over 5 years of experience in the education, and nonprofit sectors.
Carlos has an associate's of arts in business administration from Arrupe College of Loyola University Chicago, a bachelor's of arts in advertising and public relations from Loyola University Chicago, and a master's of education and human development in organizational leadership and learning from George Washington University.
