We have space for an initial cohort of up to five institutions. However, we will only accept institutions that meet our selection criteria. Therefore, fewer than five grants may be awarded.

No. The purpose of the grant is to engage a team with a variety of perspectives and areas of expertise. We encourage interested individuals to recruit other individuals at their respective institutions to build a design team for the grant.
